Techno‐economic, environmental and risk analysis of coordinated electricity distribution and district heating networks with flexible energy resources

Due to the strong dependence between electricity generation and heating supply need for optimal use of renewable energies power heat loads, it is essential provide an integrated energy management structure systems. This paper studies techno-economic environmental aspects a combined distribution district system by considering multi-type flexible resources practical constraints both networks. The (IES) equipped with wind plants, gas boilers, pumps, multi-energy storage systems, electric vehicle parking lots, demand response, as well IES operator can take part in market thermal electrical demands. Besides, robust strategy adopted control price uncertainty day-ahead scheduling IES, where robustness parameter considered adjust risk level scheduling. numerical results show that technical significantly increase operation cost 11.8% 3.6%, respectively. In addition, improve operational flexibility 16.1%.
